The Government currently intends to award this requirement as a sole-source to Obsidian Solutions Group, LLC ; however, vendors are invited to respond to this notice to assist the Government in its final market research determination. Note: Responses must explicitly address the capability requirements and security constraints listed in the attachments. All responses are due by 9:00 EDT on 29 May 2026 .
