Request for Quotations The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of Punjab has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost PULSE Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the following contract: “Hiring of Services for Quick Win Automation Development (QWAD)” The quotations are invited from well reputed registered firms having NTN and GST Registration for the provision of above-mentioned services. The completed quotations along with all required documents must reach this office by 10-06-2026 till 11:00 A.M. The quotations shall be opened immediately after submission deadline. Any quotation received after the scheduled time shall not be entertained and would be returned unopened. Request for Quotations (RFQ) can be obtained from this office during office working hours or downloaded from the Punjab Land Records Authority’s website https://pulse.gop.pk/. Procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers –November-2020, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as negotiations are not allowed. Interested bidders may obtain further information from below mentioned address.
