Valoarea maxima estimata pentru fiecare lot este evidentiata in descrierea corespunzatoare pentru fiecare lot si este de 1.645.000 lei/lot. Se vor depune oferte pentru toate lucrarile solicitate si pentru toate cantitatile prevazute in Caietul de sarcini pentru fiecare lot pentru care se oferteaza. Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru de achizitie publica a fost calculata avandu-se in vedere referatul de aprobare aferent acestei lucrari. Se estimeazǎ cǎ frecventa contractelor subsecvente este de maxim 2 contracte/lot la interval de 3 luni. Numărul minim şi maxim de contracte subsecvente estimate a se încheia este de minim 2/lot şi maxim 8/lot. Solicitarile de clarificari privind documentia de atribuire se va transmite cu cel putin 20 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor iar Raspunsul consolidat al entitatii contractante in mod clar, complet si fara ambiguitati la toate solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare va fi transmis cu cel putin 10 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit mai sus.

The procurement is for construction work in connection with the laying of water pipelines on land in stretch E6 to the water treatment facility (VBA), for Gjøvik municipality. The contract also includes the establishment of a temporary roundabout in Skumsrudvegen, establishment of site roads, excavation on land, work on cultivated land such as laying of water and sewage pipelines, reinventing matter and separation of rock from masses, drilling under Skumsrudvegen, pipe sheet for water and sewage routes skumsrudvegen-VBA, reception and laying of PE pipes and pipe parts, refill works, adjustments etc. Hammer drilling shall be carried out for 3 DN813, 1 DN457 pipe pipe under Skumsrudvegen, and pulling in water and sewage pipelines for a pipe under Skumsrudvegen. In addition this contract includes the establishment of a rigging site and construction road within an area that is currently used for agriculture. Other work, including the sea facility and the actual water treatment facility, will be established through several separate contracts. The contracting authority with the pipe supplier delivers PE pipelines to the stated area of the rigging site. The rigging site will be chosen by the builder in accordance with the prepared drawings. The delivery date must be adapted to the tenderer ́s progress, in the relevant time period. A binding delivery plan will be prepared in consultation with the pipe supplier and tenderer. Pipes are to be delivered and stored for 18 or 20 metres. The executing contractor on site shall be responsible for the development of rigging places and supply roads in a condition that enables deliveries of pipes up to the relevant delivery length. The receiving inspection and unloading of pipes from the vehicle will be carried out by the executing contractor in this contract.
