A Managed Vendor Provider will take responsibility for providing the Trust with recruitment services to meet their supply needs, including the sourcing, engagement and administration of the supply staff through standardised processes and use of technology. A Master Vendor Provider shall provide supply staff directly from their own pool of staff and then has the option of managing supplementary supply through an approved Sub-Vendor supply chain. The Supplier will manage provision of Supply Teachers, Education Support Staff and other temporary staffing services. The Trust contracts only with the Master Vendor, and the Master Vendor is responsible for managing their Sub-Vendor supply chain.

As announced in Renewing Fostering: homes for 10,000 more children, the Department for Education (DfE) is exploring how digital solutions can support the successful onboarding of prospective foster carers, to minimise drop-off points caused by delays in communication about progress and outcomes, and enable richer data on fostering recruitment through to approvals to support decision-making at a local and national level. To deliver on the ambitious plan, we have engaged with the market to seek the development of an end-to-end digital solution that can: • Provide clear expectations of a standardised recruitment process across data and operating expectations. • Enable the gathering of rich and consistent data on the Hub fostering recruitment process and pipeline, supporting effective data sharing between DfE, Hubs, local authorities and other relevant agencies, and helping to better target interventions and efforts where they are most needed. • Create platforms and infrastructure to allow prospective foster carers to make an application and manage it throughout the fostering application process, from initial enquiry to approval (this may include making contact with their fostering service, booking appointments and monitoring the progress of their application online). • Provide a solution to help Fostering Hubs and local authorities to manage prospective foster carers through the application process through real-time insights and by engaging relevant agencies to support the onboarding process. • Provide a simple and secure customer journey that allows for interoperability where necessary, enabling improved data sharing and portability of applications across fostering services, while also strengthening the overall digital and data capability across the system. Following the preliminary market engagement, DfE will be taking forward development of the end-to-end recruitment service in-house. NHS Northamptonshire and NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) cluster ICBs (LNR ICBs) are looking for an organisation to provide Data Protection Officer (DPO) Management and GP Information Governance (IG) Management Services across the LNR cluster. There are currently 64 GP practices in Northamptonshire ICB and 126 GP practices in LLR ICB. Scope of Work and Requirements: - Data Protection Officer - Provide a contact point to act as DPO and provide remote specialist advice and guidance. - Advice and Support for the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) - Advice and guidance to practices on how to investigate, manage, report, and review incidents. - Advice and support to providers to manage the reporting of the incident and advice on remedies. - Support for the production and maintenance of local IG policies and procedures. - Provide direct response to the GP Practice within 72 hours via email or telephone. - Provide independent and highly developed specialist knowledge and advice across the GP practices to ensure they remain compliant with changing legal requirements, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) The contract will be for a period of 1 year with the option to extend for up to a further 6 months commencing 1st July 2026. The maximum annual contract value is £132,000 per annum including VAT. No bids over is £132,000 per annum (including VAT) will be accepted.
