Les services comprennent : Réaliser une évaluation complète de l'écosystème de la finance islamique à Djibouti. Élaborer une stratégie nationale en matière de finance islamique et une feuille de route pour sa mise en œuvre. Réviser et améliorer le cadre juridique et réglementaire régissant la banque islamique. Mettre en place un cadre juridique et réglementaire dédié à la microfinance islamique. Formuler des recommandations politiques concrètes pour renforcer le secteur de la finance islamique. The Republic of Uzbekistan has received for financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the Reconstruction and Upgrading of A373 Road (0-37 km), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for A373-RC-02 Reconstruction and Upgrading of A373 Road (0-37 km). The A373 automobile road “a/d M39-Gulistan-Buka-Angren-Kokand and Osh-through Andijan” is located in the north-eastern part of the Republic. The public road of international importance A373 “Road M39-Gulistan-Buka-Angren-Kokand and Osh-through Andijan”, as a part of the Uzbek national highway, forms the eastern transport corridor, allowing effective integration into the international transport system in all directions. The project aims to improve the efficiency of road transport infrastructure and ensure safe and efficient movement of goods and people. In particular, it will help to cope with current traffic volumes and meet future transport needs, eliminate current road efficiency problems caused by poor design and road surface conditions. Ultimately, the average travel time, as well as operating costs for transportation, will be reduced by a third. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment is attached to this document. The JSC “NC “KazAvtoZhol” now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the services. The estimated time for design review and completion of the procurement phase is a 6–18 month period for contractor mobilization and design stage.
