Public tenders from Germany
DataMesh Consulting tracks every public-sector procurement portal we can find for Germany. Below is the live stream of currently-active tenders. Filter by sector or value on the master tenders page.
Germany’s federal-level procurement runs through Bundesdruckerei’s e-Vergabe platform, with state-level (Land) tenders distributed across regional portals.
The federal e-procurement platform at evergabe-online.de is operated by Bundesdruckerei on behalf of the Beschaffungsamt des Bundesministeriums des Innern (BeschA). All federal contracts above the EU threshold land here as well as on TED. Below-threshold federal contracts often appear only on evergabe-online.
State-level (Bundesländer) procurement is fragmented across 16 different platforms — Vergabe24 covers Bavaria, NRW, and several others, while Berlin, Hamburg, and the eastern states each run their own. Major non-federal buyers include Deutsche Bahn (whose tenders flow through DB Lieferanten), Bundeswehr, and the Bundesagentur für Arbeit.
German procurement is heavily skewed toward construction and engineering services because of the federal infrastructure programme and the Energiewende’s capital intensity. Tender language is German with TED translations available.

Frequently asked
Public tenders from Germany — common questions
›How many active public tenders does Germany currently have?
As of right now, DataMesh Consulting is tracking 9 active public-sector tenders from Germany. The count updates continuously as new opportunities are published and existing ones reach their submission deadlines.
›Where do tenders from Germany come from?
Every tender on this page is sourced from the country's official procurement portal. We do not aggregate from third-party services — each record links back to the official publication so bidders can verify procurement rules, fee structures, and submission portals directly.
›How often is the Germany tender list updated?
Our scrapers poll the official portals continuously. A new Germany tender typically lands here within minutes of its official publication. Each tender record carries a "Published" timestamp from the source portal so you can verify the lag.
›Can a non-resident company bid on Germany public tenders?
In most cases yes — Germany's procurement framework, like most public-procurement regimes worldwide, requires fair access regardless of bidder country of origin, subject to specific notice conditions (security-sensitive tenders, local-content rules, currency restrictions). Each tender record links to its source page where bidder eligibility is published in detail.
›Do I need an account to view tenders from Germany?
No. Every Germany tender on DataMesh Consulting is publicly viewable. An account is only required if you want to bookmark tenders, save searches, or receive email digests of new Germany opportunities matching your profile.
