You may browse, search, and bookmark tenders for legitimate business purposes. You may not scrape this site at scale, attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure, or use the data to build a competing aggregator without a licence.

Tender data comes from public sources. We don't guarantee completeness or currency. Always verify deadlines, eligibility, and submission requirements with the issuing authority before bidding.

The service is provided “as is”. We're not liable for missed bids, business decisions made on the basis of our data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that applicable law forbids excluding.

We can suspend access if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the iOS app or by emailing us.

England & Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England & Wales unless mandatory consumer-law protections in your jurisdiction apply.
