DataMesh Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates the website datameshconsulting.co.uk and the Asistan iOS app from 95 Mortimer Street, London W1W 7GB. We act as data controller for personal data we process via these services. Contact: yy@datameshconsulting.co.uk.

We don't set advertising cookies and we don't embed third-party trackers such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel. We use a self-hosted privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible) that does not place persistent identifiers in your browser and does not require a cookie banner under UK / EU rules. We use one strictly-necessary session cookie (asistan-auth) for keeping you signed in.

The tender records on this site come from public-sector procurement portals, which publish them for public discovery. We attribute the source on every tender detail page and link back to the original notice. Where personal data appears in a tender (e.g. a contracting authority's contact email), it's the controller's own publication; we don't enrich, profile, or commercialise it beyond making it searchable.

You have the right to access, correct, port, restrict and erase your personal data. Email yy@datameshconsulting.co.uk from your registered address — we respond within 30 days. Logged-in users can also export and delete their account from the iOS app or the web portal.

Hosted on Google Cloud (region: europe-west2, London). Some third-party AI providers we use (Moonshot/Kimi for extraction) operate outside the UK/EEA — we use Standard Contractual Clauses where required. AI-driven features only fire when you explicitly opt in (the “AI consent” toggle in the iOS app).

We update this policy when we change how we process data. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent material change.
