REPÚBLICA DA GUINÉ-BISSAU MINISTÉRIO DA ECONOMIA, DO Plano e Integração Regional UNIDADE DE COORDENAÇÃO DOS PROJECTOS PROJECTO REGIONAL DE ACESSO A ELECTRICIDADE (PRAE) Projeto de Acesso e Desenvolvimento de Energia Solar (SESAP) (P174576) AVIS DE MANIFESTATION DE INTERET (SERVICE DE CONSULTANT) SUPERVISION DES TRAVAUX DE CONSTRUCTION DE NOUVEAU SIEGE DE L´ENTREPRISE D´ELECTRICITE ET EAU DE LA GUINÉ-BISSAU (EAGB) Le Gouvernement de la Guinée-Bissau a reçu un financement de la Banque Mondiale dans le cadre du Projet d’Accès et de Déploiement de l’Énergie Solaire (SESAP) de la Guinée-Bissau et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie de ce montant pour effectuer les paiements au titre d’un Contrat pour la prestation de service de supervision des travaux de construction de nouveau siège de l´Entreprise d´Electricité et Eau de Guinée-Bissau (EAGB) Le projet comporte trois composantes principales : (i) Développement de la production d'énergie solaire et amélioration du réseau ; (ii) Renforcement des capacités, assistance technique et appui à la mise en œuvre ; (iii) Composante Réponse aux urgences contingentes (CERC). Dans le cadre du renforcement des capacités (ii), une attention particulière sera accordée à la Compagnie d'électricité et d'eau de Guinée-Bissau (EAGB) afin de renforcer les capacités de son personnel technique et administratif et pour la construction d’un nouveau siège social avec une superficie de 1,116,71m2, voir l’annexe nº 1. Pour la réalisation de ce projet, à la suite des études techniques d'architecture et de génie civil qui sont avancées, il est prévu le recrutement d'un Bureau d'Ingénierie pour la supervision des travaux de construction du nouveau siège de l'EAGB.
