Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bids Goods (Two-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: Mongolia Name of Project: Smart Government-2 Project Contract Title : AI Models and Servers for Use in the Government Operations Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: 70-90-MN RFB Reference No.: MN-MDDC-525743-GO-RFB-2.1.8.4 The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Smart Government-2 project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the “AI Models and Servers for Use in the Government Operations ” . The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communications (MDDIC) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Upgrading of the equipment for the Digital Cabinet and Cabinet Secretary’s digital transformation to be delivered to the location stated in the Final Destination of “List of Goods and Delivery schedule. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, as updated, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit, Smart Government-2 project, at procurement3@smart.gov.mn and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 18:00 at the address below: Smart Government-2 project office, Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Communications Central Post Office, Sukhbaatar Square - 1, Peace Avenue, 1st Khoroo, Chingeltei District, Ulaanbaatar 15160-002, Mongolia Tel.: 976-51-261268 (o) 5.
