Procurement for Housing

PfH Cymru (Procurement for Housing Wales) wishes to establish a Wales-specific Decarbonisation, Retrofit and Planned Works Framework Agreement. Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark. Collectively our Members manage more than 90% of the UK's social housing stock, with PfH helping them to achieve efficiency savings using a wide range of services including framework agreements, dynamic purchasing systems, spend analyses, strategy reviews, consolidated billing and comprehensive reporting. PfH is a contracting authority under section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023 and a centralised procurement authority under section 1(4) of that Act. The Government Art Collection (GAC) requires the provision of framing services and materials to support the GACs preventative conservation programme and to provide complimentary aesthetic to GAC art displays. We anticipate procuring the requirements in two lots, these are: Lot 1 - Outsourced Framing Services: Delivery of bespoke framing services as outlined within the attached specification. Lot 2 - Materials for in-house Framing Services: The provision of materials for in-house framing as outlined in the attached specification. Feedback is sought on specifications and the supplier questionnaire linked below. Interested suppliers should paste the link into their browser, and download a copy of the questionnaire. This includes the specification at annex 1.
