CCC are looking for a suitably experienced and knowledgeable company to act as principal contractor to supply (only) a dynamic timber climbing unit for Romsey recreation ground. The equipment should be inclusive and provide access for all users. The equipment provided should have longevity and require minimal maintenance and integrate into the wooded area in which it will be sited. The unit should not exceed 4 metres in height due to planning restrictions. A full site visit will be required prior to any tender being submitted.

Hazlemere Parish Council are inviting companies to Tender for the refurbishment of Hazlemere Recreation Ground playground. The successful contractor will be responsible for the turnkey delivery of the project, including: • Site Preparation: Safe dismantling, removal, and environmentally responsible disposal of all existing playground equipment and the current nature trail. • Surfacing: Removal of existing safety surfacing and installation of a new, durable, compliant, and low-maintenance safety surface (e.g., wet pour, bonded mulch, or smart hybrid surfacing) that meets all BS EN 1176/1177 standards. • Play Equipment Installation: Supply and installation of new play equipment catering to a wide range of ages and abilities. • Nature Trail: Complete redesign and replacement of the nature trail to foster sensory and environmental engagement - it does not need to be another nature trail. • (Optional) The Zip Wire: Replacement of the existing zip wire located adjacent to the main playground on a like-for-like basis (or enhanced equivalent), ensuring it remains a robust attraction for older children. 3. Design & Play Requirements Target Demographics The playground must provide distinct yet beautifully integrated play zones that cater one primary age group, while maintaining overall inclusivity: • Toddler & Junior (Ages 2-12 years): The core playground area must maximize play value, offering physical, sensory, social, and imaginative play opportunities. • (Optional) Teens (Up to 16 years): The zip wire area must be designed to withstand heavy use and continue providing dynamic play value for older youth.
