The Government of Angola has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Angola Digital Acceleration Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Procurement of Vehicles to Support the Project Implementation Unit. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit. 2. The Instituto de Modernização Administrativa (IMA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Lot 1 : 2x Units – SUV Type I Vehicle; Lot 2 : 11x Units – SUV Type II Vehicle; Lot 3 : 5x Units – Four Wheel Drive Vehicle; Lot 4 : 5x Units – Collective Transport Vehicle. 3.
