Updated valid trade license copy in out sourcing supply; 2. Certificate of incorporation (in case of a company); 3. Copy of VAT registration; 4. National ID Card Copy of Proprietor/Managing Director/Director; 5. TIN certificate; 6. Evidence of the submission of the tax return for the latest income tax year; 7. Up to date license from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments 8. List of clients served with their address, telephone/mobile number & E-mail address; 9. Copy of Contract Completion Certificate to meet yearly turnover for 03 years; 10. Bank Solvency Certificate; and, 11. Provide the list of Vehicles with details information. 12. The papers copies of Registration (blue book), update fitness certificate, Tax token of mentioned vehicles with image vehicles are to be submitted 13. The copies of biodatas and BRTA issued valid and unexpired driving license of proposed two vehicles drivers are to be attached (probationer license are not acceptable). 14. The Tenderer shall have minimum of five (5) years general experience for Vehicle Rental Service/ Service Renderer; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] 15. The minimum specific experience of the Service provider shall have successfully completed at least 02 (two) contract of similar nature with an amount of BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka one crore) in any of the Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous body agency within last 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender in the newspaper 16. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least BDT 40.00 lakh (Forty lakh) in any of the last three (3) years. 17. The minimum amount of liquid assets i. e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60,00.000.00 (Sixty Lac) Taka o
