The Local Government Division, Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development & Co-operatives has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the IUPHPSP and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Awareness program and campaign on (1) air and sound pollution and climate change effects on public health; (2) Consultation with different stakeholders; (3) Healthy lifestyles and Creating Consciousness about non-communicable diseases and (4) Preventive Measures from Smoking, Dust, Unnecessary use of Vehicle Horns. 2. The Local Government Division now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Awareness program and campaign on (1) air and sound pollution and climate change effects on public health; (2) Consultation with different stakeholders; (3) Healthy lifestyles and Creating Consciousness about non-communicable diseases and (4) Preventive Measures from Smoking, Dust, Unnecessary use of Vehicle Horns. 3.
