Участниците могат да подават оферти за една, повече или всички обособени позиции. Предлаганите от участниците цени на лекарствените продукти в процедурата следва да са окончателни и ценообразуването да е съобразено с изискванията на Наредба за условията, правилата и реда за регулиране и регистриране на цените на лекарствените продукти и действащото законодателство.
