The required services are indicated in the below table Description Scope of the Assignment Registration Kit Maintenance Service The selected Maintenance Service Provider (MSP) shall be responsible for performing comprehensive maintenance and repair activities required to ensure the continuous operational readiness of the National ID Program's (NIDP) registration kits. Geographical and Volume Scope Service Volume: The maintenance service scope covers up to 10,000 active registration kits . This figure represents the initial maximum number of units requiring support, subject to future scale-up. Geographical Footprint: The kits are distributed and operational across all use cases throughout the entire country of Ethiopia following deployment schedules.
