TII is seeking proposals for the supply of an online, off the shelf Supply Chain Opportunity Portal / Supply Chain Brokerage Portal (SCOT) that meets TII`s requirements, with minimal modification, along with the delivery of associated staff training and technical support. The SCOT will comprise an online portal to publicise procurement opportunities to the potential MetroLink supply chain including to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The Portal will support publication of opportunities by MetroLink buying organisations (including MetroLink Procurement, key supplier partners and upper tier contractors) to allow self-registration and expressions of interest to be submitted on-line. All organisations wishing to participate in this procurement should register at Metrolink eSourcing Portal https://metrolink.app.jaggaer.com/ Upon the completion of the registration, please navigate to PQQs/ ITTs Open to All Suppliers tab on the Main Dashboard, locate ITT for MetroLink, Dublin "Supply Chain Opportunity Portal/ Supply Chain Brokerage Portal", express an interest and submit a response.
