Norway – Snow-clearing services – Winter maintenance individually reproduces Hadsel municipality 2026 - 2029

Hadsel municipality dep. technical operations, also named as the contracting authority, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the municipal road network in Hadsel municipality. Hadsel municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of winter maintenance services for selected areas. Winter maintenance is in this connection considered to be snow clearing/planing, clearing and gritting. A contract will be signed for each individual lot. It is for one tenderer possible to submit a price offer on one or several routes. Tenderers who have submitted tender offers on several routes can in principle win tender offers on one area and lose to others. If a tenderer submits tender offers on several routes, a prioritisation between the routes must be presented in the tender offer.
