Le besoin est décomposé en 3 lots : Lot GPE1 : Surveillance des ateliers Lot GPE2 : Surveillance des réseaux : lignes 15 et 18 Lot GPE3 : Surveillance des réseaux : lignes 16 et 17 Chaque lot donnera lieu à un accord-cadre distinct. Chaque lot prendra le forme d'un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents mono-attributaire.
