Der AN steuert RL1 und RL2 zeitlich, inhaltlich und organisatorisch, verantwortet das Schnittstellenmanagement zu den separat beauftragten Drohnen-Operatoren (DaaS), Kooperationspartnern und lokalen Akteuren, sichert Reporting-/Datenqualität für die Begleitforschung und bereitet Entscheidungen des AG vor. Für RL1 umfasst der Auftrag zusätzlich Aufbau und Betrieb der bodengebundenen Bestell-, Dispositions-, Warenhandling- und Fallback-Prozesse (inkl. Online-Bestellplattform und Vor-Ort-Personal/Depot).
