Umfasst ist die Abschlussprüfung und prüfungsnahe Dienstleistungen für die ASFINAG und Tochtergesellschaften für den Abschlussstichtag 31.12.2027 und bei Abruf aus der Rahmenvereinbarung für bis zu weitere sechs Jahre (jeweils für Prüfung des Konzernabschlusses nach IFRS u. der Jahresabschlüsse der umfassten Gesellschaften nach UGB, sowie Prüfung der konsolidierten Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung). Umfasst sind weiters Verpflichtungen gemäß Regel 14.3.8 des Bundes-Public Corporate Governance Kodex.
