Der Auftragnehmer schuldet die Durchführung individueller betreuender Gesundheitsmaßnahmen gemäß § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i.V.m. § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 SGB III für arbeitslose Leistungsberechtigte im Sinne des SGB II, die auf die Förderung von Gesundheit, Erwerbsfähigkeit und sozialer Teilhabe ausgerichtet ist, in Form des Betriebs eines Gesundheitszentrums (im Folgenden auch "Maßnahme") nach Maßgaben der Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anhang 4 der Vergabeunterlage).
