The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The objective of the agreement is to cover the customers ́needs for collection, transportation and treatment of milled wood from Attvin Produksjon AS. The contracting authority would like as much wood as possible to be used for a certified treatment facility, for recycling. The remaining amounts shall be for energy recovery at certified incineration plants. Comments on the contract: Treatment of treated wood (defined as hazardous waste) is not a part of the agreement. •If the tenderer is not carrying out the obligations in accordance with the above, the customer has the right to. order transport and final treatment for other approved incineration plants with recycling or energy recovery at the tenderer's expense.
