La consultation a pour objet la mise en place d'un accord cadre national prévoyant des prestations de fourniture de tubes et d'accessoires acier de géothermie profonde. Cet accord cadre concerne Dalkia et ses sociétés affiliées, en charge de l'exploitation de géothermie ou amenées à réaliser des travaux sur les géothermies sur l'ensemble du territoire français (métropolitain). Il s'agit d'un accord cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, d'une durée de trois ans renouvelable deux fois par période d'un an par reconduction expresse (soit 5 ans maximum). Il sera conclu sans minimum de chiffre d'affaires et un maximum de 30 millions d'euros hors taxes sur sa durée totale de 5 ans. Il ne confère pas d'exclusivité au titulaire sur les besoins de l'entité adjudicatrice.
