Norway – Construction materials – IK-EEA 026-2026 Framework agreement for construction materials for Bergen municipality - invitation to a supplier dialogue.

This prior information notice is to invite tenderers to a dialogue. The contracting authority asks questions that would like input/feedback from the supplier market. A one-to-one dialogue meeting shall be held. Derette would like the contracting authority to receive written input. All input is to be sent via the Atifik communication module as an annex. We would like input to be answered under each question, but tenderers can send more relevant information to the competition as an annex. The tender contest is announced in mid November 2026. Deadline for registration for one to a dialogue meeting: 01.10.2026, 12.00. The dialogue meetings will be held from 1 to 1 meetings between 02.10.2026 - 09.10.2026. The framework agreement is for the procurement and delivery of wood and building materials for continuous internal and external maintenance of the contracting authority ́s existing buildings at each user location. The contract shall primarily cover the need for Bergen municipality ́s internal trade departments for the Department for Buildings and Property. The contract shall, thus, primarily cover a professional need.
