La consultation a pour objet l'achat de carburant et de lubrifiant pour les besoins des services municipaux de la commune de Saint-Joseph. La forme retenue pour ce marché est de type accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Tous les lots de l'accord-cadre sont mono-attributaires. Les prestations sont décomposées selon les lots ci-dessous. Ces lots ainsi que leurs montants hors taxe, pour la période initiale du marché ainsi que pour chaque période de reconduction le cas échéant, sont définis comme suit : - Lot n°1 "Acquisition de carburant": montants minimum 100 000 Euros HT et maximum 300 000 Euros HT; - Lot n°2 "Acquisition de lubrifiant liquide": montants minimum 2 000 Euros HT et maximum 100 000 Euros HT.
