(4) Delivery period: As stated in the attached Summary Table of Stocked Items Procurement (5) Delivery place: As stated in the attached Summary Table of Stocked Items Procurement (6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall: 1) not come under Article 4 or 5 of the regulation concerning the Contracts for JRTT, 2) have been qualified as possessing the qualification of "manufacturing of products or sales of products" by single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027 (The Grade and Area does not matter.). 3) not have been suspended from designation by President of JRTT or Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. 4) not be the business operators that a Gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from JRTT is continuing state concerned. 5) Applicants must be able to demonstrate a track record of supplying the following items from fiscal year 2011 onward, under either of the following conditions: - Electrical distribution boards for railway electrification - Traction transformers - AC circuit breakers - Gas-insulated switchgear - Instrument transformers - Surge arresters - Motor-operated disconnectors A. Track record of supplying to this organization Having a track record of supplying items to this organization for use in the electrical equipment of "Shinkansen railways." B. Track record of supplying to domestic and international railway oper
