Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditingand Accounting. ③ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director-General, West Japan Civil Aviation Bureau. ④ have Grade A "Manufacturing" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027 ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order (The requirements are shown in the general evaluation standard) ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 August 42026 : 14 : 00 August 5, 2026 in case of by hand. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Contract Division, General Affairs Department, West Japan Civil Aviation Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism 3-1-41 Otemae Chuo-ku Osa
