⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroyuki Mano, Director, National Cancer Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 4 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : [Reannouncement] Narcotics and Regenerative Medicine Products Unit Price Contract (Central/East) ⑷ Fulfillment period : From August 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : National Cancer Center (Tsukiji, Kashiwa) ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 6 of the Handling detailed rule of contract clerical work of National Cancer Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 7 of the Handling detailed rule of contract clerical work of National Cancer Center ; ③ have Grade A, B, C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Re- gion ; ④ prove to have obtained the first class license for selling drugs in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ; ⑤ join social insurance (welfare annuity insurance, health insurance, seamen's insurance, national pension, worker's compensation insurance, unemployment insurance) and pay the social insurance premiums and have no Delinquency in the past 2 years ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
