⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KAKISHITA Yoshihiro Director General of Kyushu Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Building facilities management business in Fukuoka National Government Building No. 2 ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the day following the execution of this Agreement through 24 March 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have Grade A, B, C or D on "offer of services" in Kyushu・Okinawa Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026 and 2027 ③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification) ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyushu Regional Development Bureau from time-limit for the tender to Bid opening ⑤ not be the person that a gangstar influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑥ when an application is submitted as a business cooperative association, its members must not submit an application individually ⑦ have proven to have qualification stipulated in the tender documentation ⑧ be the person who obtained a bidmanual from the person of ordering directly and a copy
