Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ; ④ have got the Permission as General Gas Utilities based on the Gas Utility industry law, or who is performing the notification as a gas lead pipe entrepreneur based on the law, or those who is performing the notification as large quantity gas utilities based on the law ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
