⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAITO Soichiro, Obligating officer Director of the Deputy Commissioner Immigration Services Agency. ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Design and development work for applications for Kiosk 2.0 and WTG 2.0 related to the development of the JESTA. ⑷ Fulfillment period : The period will be specified later. ⑸ Fulfillment place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
