B The applicant must not be under suspension of nomination based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Nomination Related to Contracts of the Independent Administrative Institution Livestock Breeding Center or the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. C Have Grade A or B "offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. or in tenders by National Livestock Breeding Center in the fiscal year 2025, 2026, and 2027. D Have relevant knowledge and business personnel etc necessary for the execution of the work.
