⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takuo Shibayama, Director, National Hospital Organization Okayama Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 4, 13, 16, 22, 27, 31, 32 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : A set of medical equipment, etc. ⑷ Delivery period : By 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : National Hospital Organization Okayama Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
