⑴ Contracting Entity : Hiroshi Fukuyama, President of the Building Research Institute ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 24 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Replacement of the Accelerated Environmental Degradation Test Chamber 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : Until March 17, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Architectural Research Institute, Building Materials Testing Building ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract Affairs of Building Research Institute. ② have qualification in "Manufacturing of products" or "Provision of services" for participating in tenders (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for FY2025, FY2026 and FY2027 in Kanto Koushinetsu area. ③ A supplier who has given a request to commence a reorganization procedure based on the Corporate Reorganization Act, or who has given a request to commence a reorganization procedure based on the Civil Rehabilitation Act, cannot participate in this tendering procedure. ④ Not be under suspension of nomination by President of the Building Research Institute or Director General of National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management from Timelimit for the tender to Bid Opening. ⑤ Not under a condition which a police have requested elimination from a public undertaking of Ministry Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, as related to organized crime groups, which substantially take over its management or which is equivalent to this condition. ⑥ Proof of Work Performance The schedule management engineer or the applicant submitting the technical review must have at least one track record as the main contractor in any of the following similar works completed after April 1, 2016. Similar works : - Installation of environmental degradation acceleration testing equipment - Renewal of environmental degradation acc
