(referred to as PMAC) ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Electricity to be used at Private School Promotion Division office of PMAC in FY 2027 : Electricity contract 291kW, the estimated electricity 688,000kWh ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2027 through 31 March 2028 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender manual. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 25 and 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer. ③ have the Grade A, B or C "sales of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in FY 2027. ④ have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the specification that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑥ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify. ⑺ Time-limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM, 27 October 2026. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Contract Sec., Financial Affairs Dept.
