⑴ Contracting entity : Yoshio Ishitani, Director of the Accounting Division, Grand Steward's Secretariat, Imperial Household Agency, 1-1 Chiyoda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8111 Japan. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27. ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Support Services for the Preparation of Procurement Specifications for Government Cloud Migration of the Imperial Household Agency Digital Archives System, 1 set ⑷ Contract Period : From the date of signing the contract to 31 March 2027. ⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Contracting Entity. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
