The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank (the Bank) towards the cost of the Second Kenya Urban Support Program (KUSP II) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The aim of the consulting services (“the Services) is to design a comprehensive Model Municipal Solid Waste Management Service Financing Framework and model legal framework that cities/municipalities can adopt to operationalize the financing framework. The Consulting Services is expected to be for a period of six (6) calendar months from the date of contract commencement. 3.
