MINISTRY OF HEALTH Strengthening Preservice Education System for Health Professionals Project (SPESHP) Grant/ Loan Number: IDA Credit №. 6664-KH and KfW Grant №: TF0C0329 Date: 20th May, 2026 Invitation for Bids SPESHP-GO-RFB-18-RB26 for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Equipment & Materials for Skills and Simulation ADN Program at RTC- B attambang (BTB), RTC- Kampot (KP) & RTC-Kampong (KPC). The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a Loan/ Grant: IDA Credit №. 6664 from the World Bank toward the cost US$ 15 million of the Strengthening Preservice Education System for Health Professionals Project (SPESHP) which Ministry of Health is the Executive Agency (EA) of the Project , and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan/ grant to payments under the Contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Equipment & Materials for Skills and Simulation ADN Program at RTC-BTB, RTC-KP & RTC-KPC. The Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Equipment & Materials for Skills and Simulation ADN Program at RTC-BTB, RTC-KP & RTC-KPC. Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of World Bank .
