Analyse current visitor arrivals, expenditure patterns, travel motivations, and seasonality. Review the existing destination brand identity, positioning, and promotional materials to assess their effectiveness and alignment with current market realities. Compile and update the inventory of existing tourism products and experiences (accommodation, attractions, natural and cultural sites, events, excursions, and community-based activities). Prepare an implementation-readiness assessment for priority sites and concepts, highlighting key prerequisites (e.g., land tenure, permits, environmental clearances, basic infrastructure). 4.
