UNDP-RFP-001-2026: Hiring of a Firm for Good Governance for Public Sector

Scope of Work:UNDP Malaysia invites proposals from qualified firms to provide technical advisory and implementation support for strengthening good governance in the public sector under the MyGovernance Programme. The assignment will focus on:Supporting public sector governance reforms, including institutional strengthening, policy development, and governance frameworks aligned with international best practices;Providing technical expertise, research, analysis, and capacity‑building support to relevant government stakeholders;Facilitating stakeholder engagement, coordination, and knowledge‑sharing activities, including workshops, consultations, and advisory sessions;Developing analytical outputs, tools, and recommendations to enhance transparency, accountability, and service delivery within the public sector.The selected service provider will work closely with UNDP and government counterparts to deliver agreed outputs within the defined timeframe and in accordance with UNDP standards.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
