De scope van deze opdracht betreft het uitwerken van voorlopig ontwerp (VO) naar definitief ontwerp (DO) en opvolgend het uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp (UO) van de buitenruimte en de realisatie van deze buitenruimte. In deze werkzaamheden dient veiligheid, duurzaamheid en de bijkomstige ramingen onderdeel van de opdracht te zijn. Taakstellend budget: 9.000.000,-
