The purpose of this procurement is to lease suitable facilities for conducting manned ship-handling model courses. The tender is divided into distinct lots, enabling bidders to submit offers for one or more parts of the scope.1. Leasing of facilities and instructors for manned ship-handling models for an introductory course.2. Leasing of facilities for manned ship-handling models course for Advanced ship handling course level III for the Norwegian Pilot Service.The course aims to enhance navigational safety and operational competence by providing practical, hands-on training in ship maneuvering using scaled manned models. The leased facilities must meet all technical and safety requirements necessary to deliver high-quality training in accordance with the Norwegian Coastal Administration’s standards.
