The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the purchase of assistance for the GeoWeb project.The Meteorological Institute in Norway (MET Norway) wishes to procure consulting assistance for the GeoWeb project. They need a consultant to work as part of an international scrum team dedicated to the development and management of the GeoWeb meteorology tool. GeoWeb is a cloud-native frontend application that assists meteorologists in issuing hazard warnings and other weather forecasts.The work is hourly-based with a framework of 1,000,000 NOK (excluding VAT), with options to extend the assignment in three phases up to a total of 7,000,000 NOK (excluding VAT).The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.A complete description of the delivery follows from the requirements specification.
