Portfolio, Programme & Project Management - PPM Platform
New Zealand Police
Police is seeking proposals for a modern enterprise Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (PPM) solution, including implementation and ongoing support services, to provide a single end-to-end view of its investment delivery portfolio (from portfolio and programme level down to projects and workstreams). The aims are: • To retain visibility and assurance for investment decision-making through high-quality, consistent information—creating a clear audit trail of decisions and documentation, enabling consistent risk/issue escalation, and aligning delivery performance with financial and resource information (including time recording and cost recovery). • To provide Police project and programme managers with a fit-for-purpose system to track and record core project management controls that meet the requirements of the Police Project Delivery Framework. • To ensure the consistent capture and recording of core investment management decisions and progress in alignment with Treasury's Investment Management Expectations (IME) of agencies per CO23(9). Documentation can be obtained via email: ictstrategicsourcing@police.govt.nz
