PLEASE NOTE – ACC's Nursing Services is now an open contract, this tender notification is for those who do not hold a Nursing Services contract with ACC. PLEASE NOTE - Sole person run nursing service applications will not be processed. Please read service requirements thoroughly before applying. The purpose of this Request for Application (Proposal) is to seek applications from suppliers with the capability and experience to deliver nursing treatment predominantly in the home for Clients who cannot readily access clinic-based services, or whose injury needs cannot be managed by their General Practice Team (GPT). Please do not apply if your organisation does not have the following: 1. Demonstrated organisational experience in delivering a range of nursing treatments in clients' homes and the community. 2. At least one Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner on staff who meets the Designated Provider criteria as detailed in clause 7.7 of the Nursing Services service schedule. 3. A team of mobile nurses who can provide services in clients' homes, during and outside of normal business hours. Please check the documents enclosed in the 'Attachments' section. All information pertaining to the requirements, timeline and evaluation are captured in the 'Request for Application(RFA)' and the response form is titled as 'Response to Request for Application.
