Enterprise Observability Solution

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation to submit a Proposal for the Enterprise Observability Tooling contract opportunity.ACC is also not seeking implementation, or ongoing support services through this RFP. Responses should focus on the capabilities of the technology itself. ACC does not require an implementation partner, proprietary implementation model, or bundled support services. The main objectives of the procurement activity are to deliver the following fit for purpose benefits:• Enterprise monitoring • Tooling consolidation and rationalisation• Full stack observability solution• One consolidated operational view that brings together monitoring data from across systems and applications.• Eliminate or reduce the legacy observability tools with a modern solution• Support ACC’s Data Centre Exit Strategy• Support ACC’s availability targets and operational maturity by contributing to the sustained achievement of a 99.9% availability goal for critical systems.• The work undertaken doesn’t pose risks to people’s health and safety.
