High Content Imaging System
Strategic Procurement
The University is seeking a high content microscopy screening system to support high throughput, quantitative imaging for biomedical research. The system will be used for automated imaging and analysis of fixed and live biological samples, including cell cultures, spheroids, organoids and 3D matrices. Core applications include phenotypic screening, drug discovery and pharmacological testing, cell biology, cancer research, molecular medicine; discovery and translational research requiring large scale image datasets. Transmitted light, widefield fluorescence, and spinning disk confocal capabilities will enable high resolution 2D and 3D imaging, live and time lapse experiments under environmental control, and rapid acquisition suitable for high content screening workflows. Comprehensive image analysis, data mining, and AI enabled analysis capabilities are required to support modern data driven research and reproducible outcomes. We do not require a simple high throughput instrument.
