UCOL is seeking a modern, cloud‑based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with an integrated Payroll solution. This system will replace UCOL’s current on-premise payroll system and fragmented HR processes across multiple platforms. UCOL requires a solution capable of supporting the full kaimahi lifecycle, improving compliance, auditability, reporting, workforce planning, user experience, and digital resilience. The project is a substantial opportunity for a supplier experienced in NZ mid-market HRIS + Payroll delivery to support a high-impact transformation across a distributed workforce of approximately 300 – 600 kaimahi.
